Transpersonal Coaching
Transpersonal coaching assumes that we have inner and outer resources available to support us to live the life that is most authentic and meaningful. When we experience challenges, we may have simply lost access to these resources.​
Through questions that encourage you to shift and expand your perspective, as well as simple mindful and meditative practices, transpersonal coaching may support you to reconnect with these resources, providing insights and meaningful action steps supporting you to overcome the challenges you face and move towards the life of your desires.

Trusting your Inner Healer
You know your experience better than anyone else. I trust your inner wisdom is the best guide for your healing journey. My role is to simply listen, ask questions and guide some awareness practices to deepen and expend your connection with this inner guide. As we get to know each other over the sessions, I will tailor my approach towards your specific preferences, needs, and worldview.
I may in sessions suggest specific practices that could support you to experience more aliveness and connection in your situation, based upon what you have shared with me. At all times, we can explore what practices work for you collaboratively. You never need to do any practice you are not comfortable with or does not resonate, and at all times you are most welcome to let me know if the approach we are taking is not working for you and we can adapt.
